The delivery address must be eligible for an available shipping method when you order.
Our United States correspondence address does not identify the location from which your order is dispatched.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The total payable, including the delivery option you select, is disclosed before you place your order.
Any free-shipping promotion applies only on its stated terms.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate.
Any specific delivery commitment agreed when you order takes precedence.
For UK consumer orders, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days unless another period has been agreed with you.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES, DELAYS AND MISSING PARCELS
Check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, contact us promptly.
Changes may no longer be possible once an order has been dispatched. We will explain the options and any applicable costs before asking you to agree to them.
If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution.
You do not lose your consumer rights merely because a delivery is delayed or a carrier reports a problem.
For UK consumer orders, responsibility for the goods normally remains with us until you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession.
Different statutory rules can apply if you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.
DELIVERY DEADLINES AND CANCELLATION
If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, your rights may include requiring delivery within an appropriate additional period or cancelling, including when delivery by the original date was essential.
Any legally required refund will be made without undue delay.
