TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 21 September 2026

1. WHO WE ARE

These Terms of Service apply to the Ankhway storefront at ankhwei.com and purchases made through it.

The website operator and seller is PRADO WOLF LLC, a limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PRADO WOLF LLC.

Our correspondence address is:

PRADO WOLF LLC
1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite R
Albuquerque, NM 87110
United States

Contact: support@ankhwei.com

2. USING THE WEBSITE AND PLACING AN ORDER

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and check your selected products, quantities, delivery address and order total before submitting payment.

To order, select the product option you want, proceed to checkout, enter your details, review the available delivery and payment options, and submit your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We will explain what can be changed at that stage without limiting your cancellation rights.

We use Shopify to provide the storefront and checkout. The seller remains PRADO WOLF LLC.

Order communications are sent to the contact details you provide. Please retain your order confirmation and the terms supplied with it.

3. PRICES, PAYMENT AND AVAILABILITY

Review the currency, total price, taxes and delivery charges shown before payment. Any optional additional charge requires your agreement.

Offers apply only on the conditions displayed with them, and sale items retain the same statutory consumer rights as other purchases.

Product availability can change. If we cannot supply an item you have ordered, or discover an error that affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue.

We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

If an order is cancelled because we cannot fulfil it, any payment taken for that cancelled order will be refunded.

4. RECURRING PURCHASES

A recurring purchase must be clearly identified before you agree to it, including its price, billing frequency, any minimum commitment and how to cancel.

A purchase does not authorise recurring charges unless you expressly agree to a recurring arrangement.

Any cancellation terms displayed for that arrangement remain subject to your statutory rights.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery information and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or damaged.

Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you have if goods are not delivered as agreed. The use of a carrier does not transfer our legal responsibilities as the seller to you.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellations, returns, refunds and any additional money-back guarantee.

Please contact us for the correct return instructions. Our correspondence address is not a designated returns address unless we confirm it for your order.

Requesting instructions does not limit your legal right to notify us of cancellation.

UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that they wish to cancel an online purchase, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods, subject to the exceptions and conditions allowed by law.

Separate remedies apply to goods that are faulty, unsuitable for their agreed purpose or different from their description.

A commercial guarantee is additional to these rights and does not replace them.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND LAWFUL USE

Product descriptions form part of the information you should consider before ordering.

Read the ingredients, directions, warnings and suitability information on the product and its packaging.

General wellness information on this website does not replace individual medical advice. This statement does not excuse inaccurate descriptions or limit our responsibility for product safety.

Do not use the website to commit fraud, introduce malicious code, access systems without permission or interfere with other users.

Content and branding remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Using this site does not grant a right to misrepresent an affiliation or use protected material beyond what the law permits.

8. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise applicable privacy rights.

Agreeing to these terms does not, by itself, provide consent for optional marketing or non-essential cookies.

9. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This includes applicable consumer rights concerning product quality, description, safety, delivery and refunds, and liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live remain available to you, including UK consumer protections where applicable.

These terms do not require you to give up access to a competent court, statutory remedies or other rights provided by applicable law.

10. CHANGES AND COMPLAINTS

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future purchases. A later update will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply only to the extent permitted by law.

For questions, complaints or an order issue, email support@ankhwei.com.

Please include enough information to identify the order and explain the outcome you are seeking.
